- Is the house staff inclusive to the cost?
Yes the entire staff is inclusive to the cost. The entire staff is available from 9am to 5pm throughout the day by request or needs. The staff can also be available all day or in the evening/night time for a small fee.
- How close are the beaches and are they swimmable?
The beach in pedregal is private, beautiful and great to walk and hang out. There is no swimming because the tide and waves are very very strong. Is a 10 min walk from house.
Medano beach is a 5-7min drive and is packed with restaurants and bars. Bunch of people there, but it’s a fun time and can swim in ocean if want.
- Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guest will only need to make list and pay the receipt of the groceries / items requested nothing more. Our VIP staff will take care of everything and have everything ready upon arrival. You won’t need to do a thing!
- Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, night/dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive Villa concierge has the best rates you can find for any tour/event you can think of. Swimming with dolphins, jet skis, 90ft yacht rental, tee time for private Golf course, you name it we will take care of it all getting you the lowest rate in Cabo!

It was one of the most amazing trips we've ever had. The house was amazing. Roberto the chef and Marco the bartender were fabulous.Vale and Mike had everything set up for us when we arrived and made everything truly exceptional.
