Everything was excellent, the staff was very attentive, the apartment is just 10 minute walk from downtown. Bed is comfortable and you can find a well equipped kitchen for everything you need. Thank you!

Good location, 20 minutes to city center by foot. 25 min to the beach. Far enough from city center to be quiet (outside of the street noise itself) but close enough to not be too far by foot. Everything to be found in the appartment; oil/salt/pepper which is really practical when you rent an appartment. Appartment is big enough for 2 for a couple of days or even a week.

Way too much communication needed from Homies Holiday. You have to send money 3 times, you have to say when you want to arrive / leave days in advance and if you ask to make it flexible you get the standard response "we don't do it like that normally but ok we will do it if it has to" so they make you feel like you are in fault whereas it was given like that in booking. It causes us a lot of stress whereas we were on holiday somewhere else just before. What is given in Booking actually doesn't fit with what Homies Holiday is asking (money is asked 3 to 4 weeks before it is said in booking, pets are not necessarly welcome (you have to get the go from Homies Holiday first), there is no ventilator the fan that is listed is in the bathroom, they ask you to leave until 10 whereas booking says 10:30 and you have to say when exactly you want ro leave so no flexibility again etc). The appartment is extremely hot and damp. We wanted to let our swimsuit dry in the bathroom and it is completely impossible. As an extension the towels stay damp for the whole trip once you used it. There is only one big towel per person, no small towel (or with a fee). You get one roll of toilet paper per person. Thats it. You can feel they want to make money by asking fees everytime you would ask for a bit more stuff. In total we didnt really enjoy the stay there. Too much topics to take care of during a holiday. At the end someone from Homies came to me and they explained a bit their problem with booking but it sadly doesn't change the fact that i shouldn't get in the middle of it. If i book on booking i expect to get the appartment as listed.
