Apartamento muy confortable. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Las fotos hacen justicia a las habitaciones. Ubicación excelente, una buena zona en el centro de Biarritz y a unos metros de la playa. La anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta. Lo único, que el sofá cama está hundido en medio y resultó incómodo dormir en él.
Inaceptable y abusiva la empresa que se ocupa de la gestión del apartamento, Wellkeys. En letra minúscula pedían 1.000 euros de depósito por desperfectos. Nos dimos cuenta tras pagar el alojamiento. Nos mandaron un mensaje de chantaje que nos decía que sería mejor contratar con ellos un seguro por si por “una mancha” no nos devolvían el depósito de los 1.000 euros. Por miedo tuvimos que contratarlo y el descuento que ofrecían se nos fue con este pago. Además, cobran 164 euros por limpieza, lo cual es del todo punto injustificable.
