A nice apartment, full of natural light.
Allocated individual garage parking underground, so very secure.
The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk uphill from town, so convenient for Biarritz bars and restaurants.
There was only one, very thin pillow each, and no additional pillows were available when requested. The sofa was not very comfortable.
Welkeys are not pleasant to deal with. Long after accepting our booking, they informed us that we must validate a credit card payment of E1200 before being granted access to the apartment. They also took an additional 'service charge' at the same time.
Had we known this at the time of booking, we would not have done so, but once we were informed, it was too late for us to find an alternative apartment.

Location and walking proximity to the beaches, but in a nice quiet part of town! Great view out over the city and the sea from the patio!!
Really could use a better mattress in the bedroom, found the bed to be quite uncomfortable.

Ca. 15 - 20 Minuten Fußweg in die City bzw. Stadtstrand. Tiefgaragenplatz perfekt, da in der Umgebung so gut wie keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Wohnung im 5. Stock mit Aufzug zu erreichen. Lage sehr ruhig. Gediegene Wohngegend. Obwohl das Haus mit 8 Etagen und sehr vielen Wohneinheiten von Privatpersonen genutzt wird, war es auch im Haus sehr ruhig. Park ähnliche Grünanlage gehört zur Wohnanlage dazu. Grundstück ist rundum mit Zaun gesichert. Zwei grosse Tore als Einfahrt, die nur mit Fernbedienung oder Code zu öffnen sind.
Leider mussten wir nach langer Anreise rund eine Stunde auf Concierge warten, obwohl wir Anreisezeitraum mitgeteilt hatten. Kommunikation war in diesem Zusammenhang etwas schwierig. Die Zeit konnte genutzt werden, um die unmittelbare Umgebung zu erkunden.
Zufällig war das eine Haupttor offen, als wir angekommen sind, und wir konnten in die Alnage hineinfahren. Ansonsten steht man vor dem Tor, bis man vom Ansprechpartner abgeholt wird. Empfehlung: das sollte in einer Vorabinformation kommuniziert werden.
