Sleek one bedroom contemporary urban apartment with private patio located in desirable Mount Washington, in the heart of NE L. A. with parking space. Peaceful retreat nestled in a lush hillside, yet minutes to Downtown, Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank. Easy access to Rose Parade and Rose Bowl, just an 8 min drive to Gold Line Train Station!. Close to 5 FWY, 2 FWY and 110 FWY.

Enter the contemporary urban space through the private outdoor patio where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The living area offers a sitting area with a cozy couch. Cast your favorite shows with Roku. There is a dining/work area and a well equipped kitchenette.
Separate bedroom a queen size bed, . There is a beautiful narrow city view from this room. Washer and Dryer in unit.
A full modern bathroom with European imported tile and sleek black glass sink complete the space.
Recessed lighting and architectural details throughout. The apartment is about 400 sq. ft.
Peaceful hideaway in the middle of the buzzing city.
Designated parking space available. A modern spiral staircase, and a second flight of stairs lead guests to the private patio entrance to the unit.
There are two sets of stairs that lead to the studio. This space may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or young children.
I enjoy and appreciate different cultures. I am very respectful of others and their privacy, but am available to help if needed since I live on the premises. Guests will have total privacy since there are no shared areas.

Please use common sense and neatness.
Please be quiet and respectful of neighbors at all times and especially while outside at night, including the patio and street in front of the house.
Absolutely no smoking inside or outside including the backyard deck and the street in front of the house per City of Los Angeles Ordinance.
No parties, gatherings or events.
No additional overnight guests or different guests other than those approved on the reservation are allowed without prior approval.
Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets - Narrow winding stairs.
Easy self check-in anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM.
Use of any part of the property for social media posts or other commercial activities is strictly prohibited.

We drove up the coast from San Diego to San Francisco and had the privilege of staying here during our LA portion of the road trip. Everything is exactly how the pictures look clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It had every comfort of home we could have needed. Mariana was so welcoming and sweet, she reached out to make sure everything was going great (and it was). I have stayed in many HomeAway rentals and not many owners check on you after you have checked in so I thought it was very sweet. Thanks again for renting your beautiful home out to us :)
