About this house rental
Spacious 2,500 sf 4 bed home perched on top of the highly desirable Mount Washington neighborhood—known for it's views, safe environment, and central location to all the Northeast side has to offer! Enjoy barbequing and dining outside. Watch the humming birds feed with a perfect sunset view. Play guitar next to a cozy fire. Enjoy endless entertainment on multiple big screen tv's. Or, get work done in one of the two office areas. End the night with a jacuzzi bath and retire for a restful sleep!
Mid-century modern house with open plan living on the first level (street level) which consists of exposed ceilings, a large primary bedroom (60" tv)/bathroom, large kitchen, dining room, living room (60" smart tv), balcony, utility/laundry room, entry, and entry half bathroom. Street parking is free and plentiful! Parking is available right in front in the driveway and surrounding the house. Note, our street requires all parking on one side (same side as the house) and the vehicles facing in the proper direction.
