The Property:
Tucked away in the heart of Highland Park, Casetta York is a thoughtfully designed architectural retreat featuring soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and a seamless indoor-outdoor layout. Modern finishes and curated furnishings create a warm, boutique-style experience just minutes from some of LA’s best restaurants, cafés, and shops.
Living Area:
The open-concept living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and oversized sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light while connecting to the private outdoor patio, as well as a sofa bed combination for two.
Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking at home, while the adjacent dining area is perfect for meals, remote work, or planning your day in Los Angeles. We have a large fridge with freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo for an easy breezy stay.
Bedroom & Bathroom:
The private bedroom offers plush bedding, patio access, and a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights. The spa-inspired bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, modern finishes, and everyday essentials.
Outdoor Spaces:
Relax on the private patio surrounded by greenery or enjoy morning coffee and sunset views from the rooftop deck overlooking Los Angeles—one of the home’s standout features.

Guests also have access to the rooftop deck, which is fully enclosed with glass railings and offers wide open views, a dining table, and a wonderful setting for morning coffee, sunset, or a meal outdoors. The home is fully detached and privately situated on a hillside, so guests can enjoy the entire space during their stay.
