About this apartment rental
This beautiful penthouse is located by the sea (50meter far) in the heart of the main tourist area of Funchal. For being located on the top floor of the building allows you to enjoy a huge outside area with a fantastic sea / mountain view and in a private environment.
At the 4th floor (with two lifts), this 125m2 apartment is just perfect for 1 or 2 couples, a group of friends or a family with kids. It´s constituted by one bedroom with 2 single long beds (92 x 200cm), a second bedroom with a queen size bed (180 x 200cm), two complete bathrooms, one living room with dinner table for six, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware) and a small laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer).
All linens and towels are supplied.
It features free WiFi and two private parking spaces.
Air-conditioning and heating system available throughout the apartment.
The outside area has around 50m2 and is equipped with one sofa and coffee table, two sun beds, sun umbrella and a small table with two chairs. We also put some natural plants because we believe that is important to be always in contact with nature.
Taxi rank just across the street and bus stations, just a few meters far.
One of us will be always present to welcome you and introduce the apartment. We will also take the opportunity to give you some suggestions so that you can take advantage of your time on the island.
And, of course we will be available 24/7 by phone for anything that you might need!

Everything you could want in a self catering property even including stock pantry items such as condiments, herbs, oil, balsamic, dishwasher cubes, washing powder, pegs etc
Very comfortable with great views.
On the lower ground floor of the Forum shopping Centre directly behind the apartment was a well stocked supermarket.
One of the sun beds was held together with gaffer tape and broke again. Apparently replacement is on order.
Claudia is obviously very busy, but always responded to my queries.

This beautiful accommodation feels just like home with a gorgeous ocean view! We enjoyed a very convenient location with confidence in great care from our hosts, Claudia and Lucio.

We have stayed in 2 apartments close to Rodamar and 2 other apartments in Rodamar and this is by far the best.
It is quiet and spacious. Yet, the greatest parts are the balcony and the view. With spectacular skies, over the ocen, at just about dinner time, every night was a different view. The views of the hills to the north and all the lights sparkling rivalled those of the ocean.
We hope to return.
