Skvělá poloha, velmi pěkné prostory, čisté ložní prádlo, vybavená kuchyň, klidný dům, výtah, parkování zdarma v kryté garáži, dáreček
Hloubkový úklid mohl být důkladnější (mikrovlnka, vodní kámen v koupelně, okna, gauč), některé zbytečné detaily které rušily útulnost ubytovaní (krabice od přímotopu v obývacím pokoji apod..) jen jeden set ručníků - pro 9 dní velmi nepraktické, sice je na ubytování pračka ale v mezičase, kdy je máte mokré se nemáte do čeho utřít, chybějící struhadlo a staré pánve s poškozeným teflonem (zdraví nebezpečné)

Everything is fine. All small problems were solved by the hosts in notime.
Just a suggestion: when longer stays are booked you should have an additional option (with additional costs, of course) for changing the towels and the bed sheets at 4/5 days. Even if there is a washing machine the towels do not have time to dry during the day.
