Localização; dimensões; limpeza, luminosidade, vistas, acesso.
Pequenas reparações: mangueira do chuveiro, pressão da água, falta de toalheiro numa casa de banho,cheiro a esgoto, escoamento da água, dar duas chaves .

Très Mauvaise Odeur dans l’appartement qui se dégage des canalisations de la salle de bain. Ascenceur et parking sentent la poubelle !!! Eau chaude difficile à avoir dans la douche
