Can't get any higher than this at Mainsail. Penthouse view! Closest building to the beach. FABULOUS KITCHEN AND WET BAR REMODEL! Recent upgrades include painting of bedrooms and living room, glass shower doors in Primary shower, mirrored wall in living room, addition of King sized bed from queen bed, in bedroom # 3. We continue to upgrade our condo to provide the very best amenities for your stay.
This unit is fabulously located in Building 1, 8th Floor, 5th unit back from the beach. Listen to the gentle surf and relax your cares away. Life is good in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with Wet bar. Primary bath has a dual head walk-in shower.
At departure, ALL linens are refreshed, including comforters! The condo provides full sized washer/dryer. 32” flat screen TV's with DVD players in all 3 bedrooms. 75” flat screen Smart TV and DVD player in the living room. There is plenty of room for all and this unit is beautifully decorated. There is a stereo and also free wireless high-speed internet. Echo Show for music listening
Cooking is important to our family, so our kitchen is fully, FULLY equipped with everything you could need for creating that fantastic meal. The kitchen has granite countertops. A regular coffee maker AND ALSO a Keurig are available in our condo for your use. There is seating for 8 in the dining room AND also a children's table and chair set for your little one's use. We are very proud of the recently renovated kitchen. . All new appliances, sinks, faucets, GORGEOUS granite and cabinet refurbishing.
There is a balcony overlooking the beach with fantastic views and wonderful area to relax - such a great place to have your morning coffee and listen to the waves and watch for the occasional dolphin.
This penthouse condo is beachfront with 700 feet of gulf-front property, featuring spectacular views and sounds of the gulf from the front and back balconies. An elevator ride down from the eighth floor puts you directly at the pool, hot tub, and children's pool and play pad area. There is a second swimming pool located in this resort. Our unit puts you steps away from the beach. No street to cross to get to the beach! Grills are available for use in the pool area. There is a well equipped workout room with 1 elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, weight equipment. Tennis courts are currently under construction! Not available at this time.

Mainsail is conveniently located across the street from the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Winn Dixie Grocery Store, a fresh seafood market, TCBY Yogurt, a liquor store, and many fabulous restaurants. Surf Hut restaurant is a 15 minute walk to the West, on the beach. Beach House Restaurant (at San Destin) is a 30 minute walk on the beach to the East.

The family agrees, the property and views are more stunning than shown in pictures. The condo's main area is so roomy and comfortable, it made it easy to visit with family. The layout of the rooms is fantastic for proving each person/couple with privacy. Parking is easy and elevators were quick. Area is so quiet, close to shopping, and so many dining options. However, there was nothing that beat watching the sunset from the balcony. The kitchen has anything you would need if you like to stay in for meals. Communication with hosts was fantastic, just a quick text or email away, so helpful and welcoming. There are so many positives to this condo, we hope to be able to visit again.

Pros—the condo has been nicely renovated and the complex is right on the beach. Also, the unit is on the top floor so less neighbors. It was a quiet, peaceful experience. Mainsail is just across from the mall but still feels secluded and safe.Cons—the balcony is very small and only able to comfortably fit 4 chairs. The ocean view is partial, with you being able to see about 50 percent of the ocean. We were not able to see the sunsets due to interior position of this condo and the other building in the complex blocking the view. The cleaning staff left laundry in the washer, sink drains clogged in the master bath, and sand, a lot of sand, on the floor. On the first weekend, I killed a roach on the kitchen counter. However, there were no problems for the rest of our stay as I stored all open food in the fridge and sanitized the counter every day.A heads up—To rent the unit you will have to send the owners a copy of your ID and sign an additional contract. After reading the contract I specifically asked if we’re expected to make an additional payment to cover credit card fees and was told that was already included in the VRBO fees: however, it was not covered and I just received another bill for those credit card fees, almost 2 weeks after my stay ended. We’ve been renting condos along the gulf coast every year for 15 years and have never been charged credit card fees, that should already be included in the price, or been asked to send a copy of an ID.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful property in the Mainsail on Miramar beach. Jeff was incredibly responsive and the place was so clean - a real gem on the emerald coast!
