The location to Canberra CBD is excellent. Five min walk to cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk to major shops. The fridge wasn’t working properly and was replaced asap. The instructions to get keys and park the car were very clear. Hosts were responsive. The apartment is well equipped and quite spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space.

Bed was very comfortable.
Location is good.
Just a couple of small things:
Instructions for accessing were not straightforward.
No tea or coffee.

Central location near the tram station. Spacious living room well stocked kitchen
Dated and worn bathroom. Balcony doors did not seal properly and the wind howled at times. The pool was covered in leaves.

Balcony door lock inoperable.
30% of lights inoperable.
Lighting that did work were inadequate, used a torch to cook.
Allocated parking bay had a cage allowing only small cars.
