The best thing was the communication and assistance from the hosts, they were absolutely amazing. The location is incredible, the car park has good access to the lift without too much of a walk. Dog friendly and directly across the road from a park for walks and wee wees. Once we found the lay of the land key boxes were very easy to get to.

Dishwasher did not work. All crockery was very chipped and scrapped and beds were small, only doubles throughout, and with 4 adults and one big teenager it was a bit squishy at night.

Great property and excellent location

It was all good, there was nothing I didn’t like

1. The location was fantastic. Only 5 minutes walk to Canberra Centre and 10 minutes drive to many places like the Commonwealth Park, Parliament House, Australian War Memorial, National Museum of Australia, Mount Ainslie Lookout, National Gallery of Australia, etc. 2. The property is also right across Glebe Park, which is always good if you have children or pets travelling along. 3. Parking is underground (B2) which is great, especially if it is raining and also super easy to find. The parking lot is also close to the elevator with direct access to room floor (key access needed). 4. Property key retrieval is very straight forward (but not on time, see the text on "What didn't you like?" for additional details).

1. The key retrieval was late. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm but ended up waiting 30 minutes to get the key. Maybe a one time thing, maybe not. But it did happened. However, the service desk (contact via phone and text) was very prompt in responding but the cleaner was unable to put the key into the lock box on time. Yes, maybe I could have taken my family to Canberra Centre to spend some time there. But a 3 pm check-in time is supposed to be 3 pm, especially when we are already charged for the property. 2. I feel like the cleaniness could have been better. Overall, it is tolerable. But there are hard to reach spots in the showers, that had hair and a little water/dirt sludge. There are also a little mouldy smell coming from the bathroow sink and shower.
