The location was great! Far enough away from the CBD to be quiet at night and close enough to be in the nighttime action within a 10-minute walk. Within walking distance to a lot of the local attractions and galleries. Great views to the hills. Having 2 underground carparks was a big bonus. The property manager was very responsive when we contacted him.

The location was great and in close walking distance to the city and restaurants.
Directions to locate the key were 12 pages long. Although the instructions were clear, there was nowhere to park nearby to enable the key to be collected. One of the bedroom floor to ceiling windows was smashed and had been for some time. The bathroom tiles were grimy, the towels were poor quality.
