About this house rental
Cozy, timber framed home surrounded by birch, cedar and pine trees. If you love the outdoors or just want to get away from it all, this is the place to consider. You'll enjoy having your early morning coffee outdoors and will probably be greeted by the neighborhood deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife. There are outdoor chairs and tables for lounging/dining on any of the 3 decks/patio or gazebo area. There is a Weber gas grill on the front deck and the kitchen is a chef's delight. Ample dishes, cooking ware, spices, and appliances are here for your use.
The 40 private acres of old growth woods are a hiker’s delight. A rare find in northern Door County!
On those cool DoCo summer evenings gather by the fire pit to tell tall tales and sip hot chocolate/eat s’mores.
If you bring your dog we have a high tie zip-line so you can leash your dog up while still allowing them room to run around..
If the weather proves uncooperative you can enjoy the large stone fireplace in the main family room yet still see outside through the wall of windows. The lower level theatre room makes for a perfect movie day with the giant tv.
It’s an outdoor oasis, yet also extremely convenient to everything on the northern end of Door County. It’s within minutes of all the restaurants, libraries, beaches, state parks, theatres, art galleries, bike rental facilities, coffee shops and shopping.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting! Very spacious open concept and I loved having a bathroom on every level. We had amazing weather and was able to enjoy the outdoor firepit. The stars were endless! I would recommend this cabin to anyone that needs to accommodate a larger group. You won't be disappointed!

House is beautiful well appointed an outfitted for use which was really great. The only reason that it doesn't get five stars is because three of the five bedrooms are Lofts so they only have three walls and are not fully contained. We managed to navigate it fine but it's just something that I wish was more overtly stated on the listing.Mosquitoes are crazy but it's Wisconsin so I can't really help that.We had a very nice day thank you

Highly recommend! Listing was accurate, no surprises. Beautiful huge cabin with lots of comfortable sleeping spaces. For our group is 6, there was always a bathroom available when needed. The property is quiet and private, but only a short drive from the shops in downtown Fish Creek. Would stay again!

This property is very close to the beach and restaurants. Upon entering the property there is a smell of stale smoke. The upstairs sleeping accommodations are open to the downstairs. This lack of privacy might bother some. Also, it would be more straightforward to include the sizable fee for linens and towels in the original list of the fees rather than having guests pay another fee after the first and second VRBO payments are already made.
