This 2600 sq.ft. home sleeps 12 comfortably with a layout on two floors that allows for up to 12 people to both socialize together and have privacy when desired. The house features a panoramic view of the waters of Green Bay and stairs down to the rocky shoreline, this idyllic setting is sure to create lasting memories. The house has a central dehumidifier to eliminate any mildew or mold within it. Only 10 miles from Sturgeon Bay and Potawatomie State Park, it’s the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Door County tourism while being convenient for day trips around the peninsula! Activities nearby include fishing, boating, swimming, golfing, hiking, wineries, cherry orchards, and more! Wave Point Restaurant and Marina, where pontoon boats and boat slips can be rented (both with outdoor pool privileges) , and a large public boat launch are one mile away. Enjoy your wine while watching the stunning Door County sunsets and stargazing in the darkened night sky.
This home was designed for families and large groups. The front door leads into a cozy family room with a wet bar and 45” tv, ideal for kid movie night. There’s also a full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds. Upstairs there is a spacious fully-equipped open concept kitchen that looks over the living room and dining area with views of the water and pastoral fields. Enjoy cocoa or whiskey by the fireplace while watching a movie on the big screen (55”), no firewood required! The second floor also boasts a large primary bedroom with a full bath (with jets), Bay view, and a king size bed. Across from the primary bedroom, you’ll find a third full bath, laundry, and a bunk room that sleeps six. Outside there is a large waterfall, fire pit, propane grill, patios and a front deck. We hosted a small wedding here and had our family stay with us. The house couldn’t have been more perfect! The outdoor space offers stunning views of the water, with a staircase leading down to a beautiful rocky shoreline. Inside, the home is not only beautifully decorated but also fully stocked with everything you might need. It felt more like staying in a welcoming home than a rental. We had 10 people in our group, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded. The home was spotless, with ample seating and cozy gathering areas. Sherman was an exceptional host, friendly, communicative, and attentive from the very start. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is perfect too. It's peaceful and scenic, yet just a 20 minute drive from Sturgeon Bay. We will definitely stay here again. It was truly a memorable experience!

Our stay was excellent. House arrangement was perfect for our family of 11. Very clean with great amenities. Property owner was awesome to talk to and made several recommendations for activities in the area. We played until we were exhausted. Our family highly recommends this for any family looking for a beautiful and quiet place to stay while in Door County.

This was a top-notch stay! Our family was impressed by the beautiful property that not only offered a fantastic bay view, it had something extra to offer for every member of the family. The grandkids(2-3-4 and7 years) never had a dull moment. Neither did their parents. Nor Nana and Pappy. Everyone agreed that this was the best rental they had ever experienced. Seemingly everything we needed had been provided for us by our helpful host Sherman. If you have a chance to stay in the Cupola House do not delay. Everything was actually much nicer than the photographs could portray- roomy and comfortably clean - very nicely decorated. It's a GEM! Thank you!
