About this house rental
This newly built house has four bedrooms, including a primary suite, along with three full bathrooms, a half bath, and a den with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. This home features an open concept layout, a separate laundry room, and an attached three-stall garage. Outside, there's a covered front porch patio, back porch patio and fire pit in the backyard. The property is conveniently located near various attractions including the YMCA, BP gas station, Top of the Hill Shops, and Peninsula State Park. During the peak summer season from June to August, we prefer to rent on a weekly basis for convenience.

It was close to so many things yet tucked away for privacy and space in such a crowded tourism area. It was the perfect property for a larger family to spend the weekend together and have plenty of space for kids to be kids.

The home was beautiful, was in a great location that was accessible to many activities and restaurants. The home accommodated everyone very comfortably. The family would definitely go back for another stay.
