About this house rental
Welcome to Highland Haven, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This home was constructed in 2022 in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Sister Bay. This 2,400 sq ft home offers both luxury and convenience, and is equally comfortable whether having a quiet getaway or bringing a larger group of family and friends.

Parking:
Room for up to 4 vehicles: up to 2 may park in drive and up to 2 may park in garage *This rule is strictly enforced by the Village of Sister Bay.
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is amazing, it was so spacious, extremely clean, and close to everything. We were a group of 10, we stayed 3 nights, and we made breakfast every morning and cooked out 1 night. The kitchen never felt crowded. Having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus as well. The only negative was the check-in process. I never received an email with the code and had to call twice to get it. The first call was to a service where they took my info and said someone would call me right back, but after 45 minutes with no call and past our check-in time, I called again. Kristen saved the day, she spent a lot of time helping us get in the home and she wasn't even the property manager, I never did hear from him/her. This was all taking place in the middle of a storm too, but we're so glad it all worked out. Great place!

Clean, spacious and good location/neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Number of bathrooms was great with 6 children with us! Comfortable beds.

Every thing was good.Could not find garbage bags to put in bins.Full length mirrors would be great, especially with 9 girls getting ready.
