Located at 120 Huckleberry Lane, our home and parking area are literally steps away from Cape Cod Bay and scenic Campground Beach. This unique and beautiful 4-bedroom, 3 bath luxury home is the perfect convergence of classic old Cape Cod architecture and charm with all the modern comforts and amenities you and your family deserve. Features include a living room with fireplace, a modern dining room and kitchen with granite counter tops, an expansive deck and a new fire-pit, 4 bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom and bathroom, sitting area, hardwood flooring, outdoor shower, and parking for 2-3 cars next to Shurtleff Road/Campground Beach.
The property is secluded and private yet close to many family attractions including mini-golf, hiking and nature trails, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, tubing etc. You are also a short drive away from whale watching trips in Hyannis or Provincetown which is a 'must do' activity for children and adults alike.

After each rental, the home will be thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning crew.
Non-refundable fees for this rental are an administrative and weekly parking fee of $99 each and $299 cleaning fee. Preferred payment method is INSTANT BOOKING through VRBO. Please call or email me for payment details.
Note: The roof deck is unavailable for use due to insurance liability restrictions, but you can use our HUGE main deck.
There are EXTERNAL security cameras on the property for your protection and security.
This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. The house must be rented on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis and for the full weekly period in the high season (June 20 - Sep 30, 2025)
For long-term rentals, utilities are the responsibility of the tenant
The price quoted at the time you book is guaranteed once your payment is processed. Rates and fees listed online can change rapidly due to demand, so you are encouraged to reserve your dates promptly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in. We rented linens which came by recommendation of the owner. The size of rooms and lay out were as described and the beds were comfortable. They have extra chairs and beach chairs and a few water toys in the basement, washer and dryer were used and great. The TV took some getting used to, it is not a smart TV so if you have not used chrome before you need the app on a device. We brought our Apple TV and it worked fine. Good variety of pans,etc. for cooking and glasses, blender, utensils etc. Missing some non-serrated sharp knives so may want to bring your own. One other unexpected note the roof top deck appears to imply you can see the ocean and sunsets, we were expecting to use it but were disappointed it is dilapidated and locked access understandably. The deck is in great shape. Nice fire pit area. Campground beach has great sunsets and nice size beach area nice to walk over and not need to park or pay. We would definitely rent again! Thanks Scott for personally searching for our lost items.

Overall a great vacation - location is very convenient to the beach, enjoyed the fire pit and the large deck is very nice. House had everything we needed.

the listing on the property amenities are misleading. The home is not on the beach - very close and a short walk but not on the beach - No ocean view
2.5 Bath rooms
3 bedrooms with the other bedroom in the open - no walls no privacy.
The carpet in the bedrooms well worn and dirty
No satellite nor cable TV.
Other than the things above The Kitchen was well stocked with utensils ect. The home was comfortable and in a good location.

For my family this was a wonderful home! Steps to Campground beach. We were able to easily get to Orleans beaches as well as Wellfleet amenities (the Drive in!) with a 10 minute drive. Really close to the Cape Cod rail trail for biking - one of the most perfect bike trails I've ever used.We also enjoyed cookouts on the grill, and great family bonding around the firepit and large deck. The kitchen and living room are modern and nice sized. Master suite was luxurious with private bathroom and walk in closet. The mattress was a bit hard though. Upstairs three good size bedrooms plus a bedroom on the first floor. As the listing notes you should bring your own bedding and towels or order them from thefuries.com -- but that's about it as everything else is provided. We will be back next summer!Scott the property owner was great to work with (we had no issues). Would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back when it gets warm again.
