About this house rental
This storied home, where John F Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe used to meet to enjoy each other's company was designed by a student of Frank Loyd Wright and very recently was exquisitely remodeled. This modern masterpiece is located in the best area of metropolitan 'Phoenix'. Just minutes from the Biltmore and Scottsdale shopping areas, it is a great place to travel from. The Frank Lloyd Wright design, completed by one of his students, is timeless. Large glass windows and door allow the visitor to feel as if they are living out-of-doors. A 1000 sq. ft. view deck give the visitor a breath taking 240 degree view of the city lights of Paradise Valley, Mummy Mountain, Camelback Mountain and the Paradise Valley Country Club Golf course. Every guest that has stayed there has commented upon how the photographs simply do not do it justice.
The home is lavishly furnished, yet comfortable. This is the whole package for dramatic city living. Even though the home is a short 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, the guest feels like they are completely away from the hustle and bustle of a major metropolitan area. Because of its elevated location on the side of a mountain, with the mountain between it and Tatum Blvd, there is virtually no traffic noise. It's eastern location on the side of 'Marshmallow' mountain give you the cool evening shade while others across the golf course are getting the sun in their face. It is truly a one-of-a-kind property.

We had family fly in from Massachusetts, Calgary and New York to celebrate New Years together in a warmer place.We could enjoy each others company playing cards at the large dining table, or lounge near the fireplace to read or chat. The kitchen was perfect for a big crew, with everything you need to make large meals or snacks throughout the day. We did have a small issue with hot water the first day, but the host was incredibly helpful and all was well within a couple of hours. We loved our time together and this was a perfect gathering place. It's beautifully maintained, the views are incredible, and I want that fireplace in my house!

This property is incredible with gorgeous views, privacy and spaciousness. Really one of a kind. This was our 5th or 6th year in the house. Chelsea, the property manager is extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra step to accommodate our requests. A definite 5 star rating!!!

This was the second time my family and I stayed at this property and our experience was extremely enjoyable! The owners made a wide variety of furniture and window covering upgrades throughout the house since our last stay and everything they did was impeccable. The feeling throughout the home is luxury but in the most comfortable way. We ended up staying in a few nights just because the furniture was so inviting to simply hang out. Chelsea does an incredible job managing this property and is always so quick to respond to any questions we send her way. It's always a pleasure to stay at this property and we can't wait to check in again early next year!
