This castle-like villa & casita more than lives up to its name. The Estate amenities include a private pool, 6 person spa, custom bocce court, putting green, game room, high-end kitchen, A gigantic quartz island in the kitchen, multiple entertaining areas, Outdoor kitchen, pool w/ water feature, outdoor 85` smart tv, custom outdoor chess, outdoor fireplace,& more. With an emphasis on fun, a resort-worthy pool invites you in for a swim. Take advantage of this backyard oasis, hammock,chess, golf, pool cabanas, & more!
As you enter through the front door, you`ll be blown away by the unique, sleek, modern designed open floor plan. You`ll immediately notice the view of the backyard oasis, through the massive disappearing glass sliding doors. The high ceilings and large windows throughout will take your breath away. The sunshine from the clerestory windows illuminates through the open space and will make you feel like you`ve finally arrived in paradise. This will be the moment you`ll realize that you may not actually leave the home at all to explore Paradise Valley as planned. And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This private resort-like yard will certainly inspire you to take an endless amount of selfies to send home to your friends and family. The backyard is split up into different areas, including a seating area next to a large screen TV, an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, the BBQ and prep area, another lounge seating area with direct access to the casita (where the pool table and second bar live) the pool, spa and lounge area, a large unobstructed grass area for whatever your heart desires, a huge 4-hole putting green, the rocking chairs next to the master, and the fire-pit area…SO MANY OPTIONS! Enjoy a home-cooked meal while watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets...or maybe you`d prefer to watch the game while drinking a homemade margarita. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check -in or late check- out is based on availability with an extra fee associated.
For early check-in or after check-out We offer AZRH lounge:
Lounge bag drop off only is $10 a bag
Lounge is $25 to hang out, drop bags of, have coffee, play pool, work, use of unlimited WIFI, watch TVs throughout and more
Lounge is $40 for all above with chef made food
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or `service pets are allowed`
- Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate.
The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/sit is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
