Bedroom 6: Office attached to primary bedroom, can be converted to a fifth bedroom with a queen-sized pullout couch

CHECK-IN
We typically greet our guests in person for check-in, so we can give you a tour and show you how to work everything. We are happy to provide self-check-in upon request or after-hours. Upon check-in we will require an ID matching the reservation name be shown along with the credit card used for booking if that was the payment method.

GUEST VERIFICATION
We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process. Upon check-in we will require an ID matching the reservation name be shown along with the credit card used for booking if that was the payment method.
PETS
We charge $250 per pet, 2 pets max.
POOL HEAT
There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heat is $250 per day.
PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties and events are not allowed without written permission. Contact us for more information.
SECURITY
The home has exterior cameras monitoring the residence for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. Cameras are located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that this surveillance is for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property owner.

Had a great family getaway for spring break. Location was great, house was clean with plenty of space with a variety of activities (pool, sports court, ping pong, etc...). I'm very particular about where I stay and would rebook again in the future.

We had a great stay. Views are incredible! Jonathan was an excellent host. Pool and patio areas are fantastic -- we spent lots of time outside.Only negative comment I have is that the house is listed as having five bedrooms. In fact there are four bedrooms plus an office with sleeper sofa. You need to go through the master bedroom to get to the office. This would be fine if you are using it for your kids, but doesn't really work as a bedroom for adults.
