GUEST VERIFICATION
We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process.
PETS
We charge $250 per pet, 2 pets max.
POOL HEAT
There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heat is $250 per day.

Parties and events are not allowed.
SECURITY
The home has exterior cameras monitoring the residence for security purposes and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. Cameras are located at the main guest entry points and backyard. This surveillance is for the safety and protection of our guests and the property owner.

We had our wedding at this property and everything was amazing! The house, the sunset, and our ceremony was beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to have our special day and time with our out of state family.

Epic experience!!! Privileged to be the first guests to stay here and couldn’t have had a better experience. The views are amongst the best on the mountain, from the morning sunrises to the evening sunsets. Centrally located near everything, we had an easy time getting where we needed throughout our stay. We took morning walks up the mountain streets and there were also a bunch of bikes waiting to be used for longer treks. The house is brand new and equipped with everything you could imagine. From the massive kitchen with all the essentials a chef would need to the countless linens, towels and soaps for the bed and baths, nothing was left to seek out. The main house had 4 bedrooms off one end of the house on the other side was a massive dining table off the kitchen that was great for family dining and there was a separate movie room with a game table and a laundry room that would put a laundromat to shame!There is a guest house connected to the main house that was the kids haven. 2 bedrooms/bath with bunk beds and than a lounge area with a bunch of couches, chairs, TVs, Xbox and gaming systems to name a few were on the upper level and than a full apartment with a bedroom/bath and large kitchen/family room area on the floor below. There was also a large room open to the pool level with a wet bar with ice marker as well as gym area along with a full bathroom, which kept us near the action for the duration of the day. Outside, the pool is massive with a hot-tub and water-feature that provided serenity from the kids countless screaming jumps into the pool. A covered pavilion with a huge outdoor kitchen and fire pit provided some much needed shade, and a putting green and chipping area for the avid golfers. All of this pales in comparison to the service Jonathan and his team set forth. From helping arrange food deliveries prior to our stay to coordinating celebrity chefs, yoga and personal trainers on site. Anything we needed was promptly handled 24/7. We felt as if we were staying at a 5 star hotel with the exception being we had it all to ourselves. Already booked for next year. Thanks again!!
