Guest access
Guests have access to every area of the home except for the garage and certain storage closets.

Other things to note
Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:

• We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.

• Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.

• A signed rental agreement is required to book this home

• $250 per pet per stay

• NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed

• Standard occupancy is limited to 14 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 16 guests is $150 more per person per night

• Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in an additional $250/person/day and eviction

• No loud noise after 9pm. Violation will result in removal without refund.

• A valid credit card is required for all incidentals

• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid

• Reservations are non-refundable

After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
