Live the life of luxury and indulge in "Sea-Gem!" This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front condo sleeps 8 and boasts all the comforts of home while overlooking the emerald-colored coast of the Gulf of Mexico!
Immediately upon entering The Pearl, unit 1303, a guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed in cheerful decor' with a 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. In the side hall way, the bathroom matches the decor' of the guest bedroom for a coordinated look. Parallel to the hallway is the kitchen which opens into a charming study nook with a laptop desk and WiFi available. Attached to the kitchen is the dining area which expands into the coastal inspired family room that has large and comfortable seating, with a view that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a 46" flat screen TV with DVD and CD player sound system with iPod/mp3 docking station for your viewing and listening pleasure. From the family room, walk into the master bedroom and step out onto the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, read a book in the La-Z-Boy, indulge in a relaxing nap on the king bed or just watch TV on the 32" flat screen TV and DVD player, soak in the over-sized tub or relax on the large balcony and revel in the breathtaking view which can be accessed from either the master bedroom or the living room.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

This location of this condo was excellent - right on the beach but still close to stores, restaurants, etc. The beach itself was gorgeous - very little seaweed and just a few jelly fish on our last day. We decided to pay for the on-site rental company to set us up with chairs and umbrella for the week; they were able to give us front row, which was great (though 250, so keep that in mind). The condo itself was very spacious and clean. Everything was immaculate. My only comments on the condo are that better outdoor furniture is needed on the balcony. Part of the reason we chose a condo with a balcony was because we knew we would be spending most of our time there. The current furniture is very uncomfortable and consists only of chairs and side table. They are the hard plastic kind without support or cushions. This could and should be much better - perhaps a high table with high chairs so you can see over the railing. Additionally, we could not get the master bathroom shower to be anything but ice cold or burning (literally) hot. However, we did not reach out to management on this - it was just my husband and me so we used the guest bath shower instead. Overall, great stay!

We had a great time! Staff was amazing. Thermostat and shower head were quirky. Family oriented. Would definitely recommend.

The rental had good space for our family but was very rundown in my opinion. I don’t need a lot of fancy things but the start button on the stove didn’t work and looked like it had not worked for a while. The drink cooler didn’t work, the door lock was hard to open every time and there were several spot where the walls were damaged and had not been painted; however, that didn’t bother us. Also, the tv in the master bedroom had the picture going out on the bottom.
