1604 Pearl ~ THE Diamond At The Pearl!
Navarre Beach is always beautiful and our spectacular condo on the 16th floor at the Pearl is waiting on you! We sit right on the Gulf of America with nothing between you and the beach! Great views of the sea life from the 16th floor! The only thing missing is you!
We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and just want you to sit back and enjoy your beach time!
Unit 1604 is 'The Diamond' among the Pearl condos! New Roku, Smart TVs in every room. Newly remodeled kitchen - cabinets, granite, backsplash and appliances!! Also new wet bar area! Tropical tranquility is found both outside and inside our beautiful condo! Unit 1604 has a upscale, tropical, contemporary style. Beautiful artwork, furnishings and ample storage are found throughout the condo. Our TV's are all Roku/Smart TV's. Come and enjoy our beach, heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.
While in Navarre be sure and enjoy the 17 mile drive through the National Seashore! You enjoy the Gulf on the South side and Santa Rosa Sound on the North side of the island! If you enjoy fishing we have Florida's longest fishing pier. If you don't enjoy fishing you can enjoy the walk on the pier while viewing sea turtles, dolphin, fish, etc. I have multiple units on Navarre Beach ~ love to look for units at other locations for you if this is not available.
Our weeks run Sat. to Sat. but we realize that doesn't work for everyone so just let us know what you need! I look forward to helping you plan a great vacation on Navarre Beach. School breaks and holiday rates will be higher. We do not allow parties or large single groups. Minimum rental age is 25. You will be responsible for any damages done to the condo or the property by anyone in your group.
This is a luxurious, two bedroom, two bath condominium with over 1400 square feet of luxury. The condo has ample linens and storage. This is not a typical rental unit - we have given great attention to detail throughout the condo. Of course, The Pearl Resort is a gated resort. Our pool and hot tub are heated and will be enjoyed throughout the fall, winter and spring season. Look no further because you have found the perfect vacation place! Unit 1604 is fully equipped and will meet all of your needs while enjoying this home-away-from-home. If you enjoy pristine white sugar sand and a magnificent Gulf view then this is the unit for you. Navarre Beach is one of Florida’s hidden treasures. Navarre is a quiet, family-oriented beach - enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf without the crowds to spoil it. We are located between Destin, Fort Walton and Pensacola. If you have not previously visited Navarre Beach, you have missed something special in the Panhandle. Our portion of the island is only three miles long - this guarantees us privacy and unspoiled beauty. We are bordered by the State Park and the National Seashore - very protected from life’s chaos. We have a walking, biking trail that is 17 miles long - it goes all the way to Pensacola. The Santa Rosa Sound has lots of activities to enjoy. Wave runners, sailboats, windsurfers, fishermen, etc. all types of water activities are there (sound side) to be rented, watched or participated in.
Wireless internet service is available at the complex free of charge. Because we have a king sized bed in the master and 2 double beds in the second bedroom, unit 1604 Pearl is the perfect condo arrangement for couples that want to vacation together. This condominium has a spectacular dining area with a beautiful dining table made from olive wood. The master suite has a king-size bed and it opens onto our comfortably furnished balcony. The view is spectacular from both the bedroom and the living area and you can go onto the balcony from both rooms.
The turquoise water is post card perfect and the pristine white sand is the perfect backdrop for your beach activities. Watching a sunset from the balcony is something you will never forget.
Must be 25 years of age to reserve the unit.

The condo was as listed and clean. We had a small issue getting in front gate but Betty rectified it quickly with a call. The beds were a bit firm for us. Lots of room but some furnishings a bit dated.

This was the 2nd time we stayed in the same suite. The 16th floor view facing the Gulf is excellent.Two bedrooms and two full baths make it a comfortable stay. We like to cook at home, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Breakfast on the patio in the mornings is excellent.Had a blender that did not work and it was replaced with a new unit the next morning. The few cons are:The unit is in need of a makeover. The carpet needs to be replaced. Tile would be better.Local TV is not available on Roku. I like to watch local news and weather when out of town.Only one roll of TP for each restroom. One roll of paper towels.We, like others that stay there go to Walmart and buy the extra supplies needed and leave them there. We really enjoy the Pearl and the gated entry.Will probably stay again next year, but not in the same unit only because we want to try another one on a lower floor. I do recommend the Pearl if looking to vacation in Navarre.Regards,Carl E.

From the moment you step off the elevator and see the astounding view of the sound, this unit provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the busier surrounding beaches. Floor to ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of blue skies meeting emerald waters. This is a spacious unit with a well-stocked kitchen. The photos show a Keurig which was apparently sitchedhere's a regular coffee maker with filters provided
