Ideally situated on the first floor of the prestigious Westwinds condominium, located on the beachside of the Sandestin® Golf Beach Resort, this lovely beachfront unit has everything you need for that relaxing getaway you deserve.
Walking into the unit, you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, a 2 person breakfast island and a glass top dining room table with seating for 4. Continuing on, you will find yourself in the living room with comfortable seating for 5, including a pull-out couch. The living room is equipped with a large T.V., a DVD/VCR player, and stereo system. Looking out through the sliding glass doors from the living room, you will see: a back porch with seating, the beautifully landscaped Westwinds’ grounds, the pool and of course our world famous Destin beaches.
The master bedroom comes equipped with a large king sized bed, a personal bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a T.V. with a DVD/VCR player. The master also has personal access to the back porch sitting area. The second bedroom comes equipped with two twin beds and a T.V. with a DVD/VCR player. The entire unit has been tastefully decorated to provide a carefree, beachy ambiance to compliment your carefree beach vacation.
Westwinds is a prestigious beachfront high rise condo that offers all the amenities you could desire while vacationing along the Emerald Coast. The pool is heated seasonally depending on the weather and hot tub is heated year round. It is accompanied by a tiki bar, a fitness center with expansive gulf views and a lush multistory waterfall.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in '4704 at Westwinds Sandestin.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in '4704 at Westwinds Sandestin.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Attention: Please note our age requirement policy : One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

Early Check-In: An early check-in may be available but is not guarateed. An early check-in fee will be assessed for all early check-ins. Please email or call at least 48 hours before your check-in to inform us that you wish to check-in early. If we are able to accommodate an Early Check-in, the Early Check-in fee will be charged to the card on file. The same applies for late check-outs. The request must happen 48 hours before check-out and a Late Check-out fee will be assessed.
Keyless Entry Code: For convenience, this unit is equipped with a keyless entry. The keyless entry code will become visible in the App at 4:00 PM (CST) on the date of check-in. A notification will be sent via email and text when available
Sandestin® Gate Entry: The Sandestin Resort is a gated community, the last name associated with your reservation has been provided to the guard. Please have a copy of your booking confirmation, or BeachWalk Vacations App, readily available when entering the resort.
Directions: Entrer Sandestin® through the Sandestin® West gate on the South end of Hwy 98. The gate is located at the intersection of Emerald Coast Pkwy and Sandestin Blvd. Head south on Sandestin® Blvd. Turn right onto Beach Club Drive. Continue on Beach Club Drive until you arrive at Westwinds.
Parking: Guests may park in the covered parking garage or on top of the parking garage. No elevator is needed if guest chooses to park on the top of the garage.

Trash: A trash chute is located on each floor in Westwinds. The chute is located past the elevators behind the door labeled 'Trash'.

We loved our stay at this Destin condo! Being on the first floor made access to the pool and private parking quick and convenient, and the private beach was just a short walk away. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with beach chairs, toys, and body boards, everything we needed for our son’s first beach trip. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus, and there were plenty of clean towels (we brought our own for the beach). Overall, a great location that made our family vacation easy and memorable!

Be sure and read the reviews before you book. I made the mistake of booking since we planned last minute. I booked then read the reviews and they were exactly right. The place definitely smells like mildew every time you walk in, and I’m guessing it’s because of the carpet. The carpet is disgusting! Another thing we noticed was there wasn’t blankets available for the pullout couch. Sheets were the only thing provided. Honestly that’s the only complaints I have. The location is awesome being that it’s on the first floor. Easy access to and from the beach, pool and parking. I hate to leave a negative review but I feel like if the owners would update it from carpet, to all tile there would be nothing to complain about.
