Welcome to SUNFLOWER SEA'd! This unit is ON THE BEACH. It is literally a two minute stroll to the water's edge, one minute to the pool, with a great sunset view of the beach. This condo is on the third floor, west facing, and only two stair-flights if you wish to skip the elevators, in the Sandestin Resort's premier property, Westwinds. Perfect for airline-flying guests because all necessities are stocked, and you have a six-seater golf cart. We try to accommodate your flight schedule when possible, as much as possible.

First, I have to give credit to our host. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and communicated very well throughout our stay. She helped us quickly resolve an issue with the refrigerator and was at the property almost immediately when we had a problem with the door access code during check-in. Five-plus stars for the host!The property is exactly as advertised and exceptionally well stocked. You can arrive straight from the airport without worrying about the little things. Thoughtful extras like coffee, filters, salt and pepper, cookware, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella made our stay much more convenient.The unit itself is somewhat dated. The kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and furnishings don’t have the newer coastal style found in some similarly priced rentals nearby. The golf cart is older but worked perfectly.The biggest advantage is the third-floor Gulf-front location. Morning coffee on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves was a highlight of our trip.Although parts of the unit show their age, everything was exceptionally clean, and it was obvious the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. The owner has also made practical upgrades, including newer appliances and a strong HVAC system.Overall, this is an excellent choice if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and a wonderful host over having the newest finishes. We’d happily stay here again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come again and recommend to friends. First, the location was perfect in Sandestin resort. Beach was beautiful with plenty of beach supplies provided. Not crowded since it is private for the condo building owners and guests. Belinda also provided a good amount of information before our arrival including nice recommendations. The condo unit itself was perfect for us. Well stocked is an understatement. Best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean when we arrived which my girlfriend is particular about and truly appreciated. Everything was in working order. Pool area was nice though we were mostly at the beach. There was a poolside shack for food and drinks which was convenient to grab lunch (burgers, sandwiches, salads). Safe area in a gated community with access codes required to get onto your specific condo building grounds. Overall, happy we chose this place for our vacation.

The overall stay was fine....but compared to the previous stay with the same owner years back it was not nearly as clean and upkept as before.Location is excellentFinding our way to our condo number was very confusing. Elevators were out of order besides 2 so the lobby was always packedSand was left on the floor of the condo All towels were mildewed and had to be washed before use.The washer and dryer settings were not conducive to what is needed to keep the towels from staying dampGolf cart was TIRED and hard to steer which felt dangerousGate to the beach did not lock or work, so there were many random people in the area of the beach that was supposed to be for condo only.Felt really micromanaged by the owner while there, and did not appreciate the maintenance man that randomly showed up while we were napping.The master bedroom toilet ran constantly if you did not manually raise the lever back up and water was turned off because of it...would have been nice to know this before the water was turned off and we had to deal with the rude agent from the water company. Too much negative.....disappointing. Just needs more attn to be more enjoyable.
