From the south facing balcony and perched on the 21st floor you can take in the vibrant colors of the shoreline and generous salt air breeze. Prop up your feet, sip your tea and read the entire newspaper as you ease into your day at the beach.
When inside, the open floor plan flows easily from living, to dining and into the kitchen so you can enjoy the Gulf views from just about anywhere in the condo – even the Master bedroom. The kitchen has been updated with a crisp coastal feel of natural stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. There’s plenty of space to prepare a large family meal for a night in – or arrange a quick lunch at the breakfast bar before you hit the beach.
The beach – the reason why you’re here! It’s fulfilling to take it all in from the balcony, but now it’s time to get those toes into the sugar-white sand. From the elevator, stroll through the lagoon-like pool area and right to the beach access. As you walk through the pool area, you can grab a refreshment from the Tiki Bar (open seasonally). At the beach find your perfect spot and sit right down to a day filled with exploring, relaxing and wave-watching.
When the day is done, the condo’s comfortable arrangements will offer a restful night. Each bedroom has a king bed and the master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with dual vanity for added privacy and convenience. Each room has a TV perfect for winding down.

The condo initially had some issues with the water not working when we got there, but it was turned back on within a satisfactory time. However, it happened again during our stay and it was a little frustrating. The customer service folks were very nice - especially Megan because my daughter left her makeup bag in the room. So Megan was super helpful and had it mailed to me immediately. I really appreciated her working with me and being so understanding.

Gorgeous view & very nice condo! The beach closest could use an update or bring your own chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is fully stocked & we had everything we needed there! We usually pack some extra trash bags, laundry pods, hand soap,& beach towels. Would suggest an update to the doors in the condo, the master bedroom doesn’t lock and the guest bathroom door has issues closing, the trifold doors in the laundry room are broken and the main patio door curtain has issues with the rod, other than that the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the location and the view was phenomenal! The pool area is nice as well as the gym. We love westwinds and will definitely return!We did have some mystery noises at night that sounded like someone was moving furniture above us but we were on the top floor…we assumed maybe it was the water pipes or utility room next door…it was bothersome the first couple of nights but we turned the fan on high and that helped mask the noise.

We love Sandestin. Great view, location, amenities. The last few times we have gone, the unit looks clean, but the floor is filthy. You walk barefoot in your unit and your sole of your foot is so dirty. No one mops!!! You pay money for a cleaning fee, but they are not cleaning like they should.
