This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
IMPORTANT: This unit/apartment AND ITS BALCONY are Smoke-Free; the entire Westwinds property is a Smoke-Free Property.*Smoke-Free means: NO cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, vape, dry or water pipe, incense, herb smudge sticks, marijuana or its derivative by pipe or rolled paper, or any other combustible or aerosolized material that produces smoke, vapor, odor, or airborne particulates. This applies to unit balconies, as well as the pool deck, grill, and tiki hut area.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart.

I thought the pool area has not been maintained well. The gate leading to the beach had been broken. We waited for an hour for the cook to arrive to the tiki bar. While we were eating we noticed him pull a condiment from the frig and stick his finger in it then put it in his mouth. He continued to cook without washing. The next day we saw him sitting with his fingers in his mouth then got up to cook for someone. No washing of hands. We went elsewhere. He was the biggest complaint.

The inside of the property was clean and had all the amenities needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Nice view from the balcony. The pool area was well kept and there was a seasonal tiki bar/grill opened for snacks and drinks. Fantastic beach and not as crowded as hotel area. Golf cart was a great added convenience for getting around the resort area. Would definitely stay again.

It was great. We enjoyed the room, the view, and the convience to the pools Andy beach. My only complaint is the breaker to the charger for the golf cart kept tripping and the golf cart kept loosing charge. I hope you all get that fixed. One other thing the cushions on the couch could use a good cleaning.
