This beautifully designed unit sleeps four comfortably. It includes wood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless high-end appliances, and a gas fireplace. Furniture updated in 2022 with comfortable and stylish leather couches, recliner chairs, bar stools, Smart TV and Bluetooth media player. Dreamy King size bed with an amazing Oceanview in the primary bedroom and both a double and twin bed in the secondary bedroom. ** Please note that due to the recently upgraded furniture we are only renting to families with children age 10 or older at this time.

Enjoy the beautiful view of Rathtrevors sandy beach from the large deck with new 2025 gas Weber bbq. Our unit is spacious, and tastefully decorated with high ceilings. It is on the top (third) floor of the building. There are two flights of stairs to reach the unit. Once inside all rooms are on one level. The view from the unit is one of the best in the newer Tanglewood complex development. The back of the building offers a lovely grass area for lounging or lawn games.

There is access to an indoor pool with a small drop in fee at our neighbouring complex, Beach Acres.

Located right at fabulous Rathtrevor Beach, in Parksville, British Columbia, it has spectacular sunrises and great views of the Georgia Straight, and snow-capped mountains. A perfect family friendly location to relax and enjoy Vancouver Islands natural beauty or take advantage of Parksville's outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, boating or Skiing at nearby Mt. Washington. It is ideal for couples escaping the colder winter weather in The Prairies or eastern Canada. Rathtrevor's sandy beach, which stretches over a mile when the tide is out, makes it a fantastic spot for a summer family beach vacation. Epic days of swimming, sunshine, sand castles, kites and when permitted evening campfires with delicious smores.
