Excellent unit. We had a little trouble finding where it was, as units are not sequentially numbered. The unit is actually part of an 8-unit building, and it’s located on the bottom floor. The back bedroom and kitchen are below ground, so if you look out the bedroom/kitchen window, you are looking up at ground-level. The living room and front bedroom walk-out to a private deck, and common lawn area. There is no Air Conditioning, which at our time of year (June) was not a problem. There was always a nice breeze, fans are provided in each bedroom. Nights were cool (14C range). We could see the water from our unit. There are sliding screen doors at the back door and front door, which helps to let the breeze through. The sliding screens doors are “finicky”, and torn/detached at the bottom track. They need to be repaired/replaced, however, we were able to use them. The only other issue was the ice maker didn’t dispense ice, however, you could lift off the cover in the freezer and get ice that way, as the ice-maker itself works.Everything else was in great shape, clean, well kept.

Just a wonderful property, excellent location. Clean and very close to the shore. Nice quiet spot to go for a relaxing few days.

We stayed at Janice's place with our 2 school age children. It is a fantastic location and everything you need is provided in the unit. We especially loved access to the lawn out back for the kids to play games and easy access to the beach just down the hill. Janice is easy to communicate with and a lovely host. We are looking forward to a return visit!
