The villa has Italian terrazzo floors throughout. The meticulously maintained, professionally landscaped, tropical garden is completely enclosed by an 8-foot privacy fence creating a feeling of total luxury.

In the front of the villa, Adirondack chairs greet you on the front porch, perfect for morning coffee and reading The New York Times or the Palm Beach Post or watching the moon rise over the trees. Custom lighting showcases the clean white lines of the home, which has never been rented and was renovated in 2012 by a real estate professional who lived in it himself. All of the windows are hurricane rated, impact glass for total soundproofing as well as safety. The only exception to the cushion of quiet is the pitter-patter of raindrops on the cathedral ceiling, making any rainstorm a treat to be savored from the king size bed in the master bedroom or the comfy white, slipcovered sofa in the living room, snuggled in with a good book.

In the living room, along with the white slipcovered sofa, there are two seagrass contemporary chairs to sink into, a new gray weathered wicker chair nestled near the front window to curl up in, and a Samsung flatscreen/Smart TV with premium cable, BluRay and Samsung surround sound to watch Netflix movies or other Internet and cable entertainment. Crowning the living room cathedral ceiling is a contemporary chandelier with elegant polished chrome and clean white silk shades on a dimmer for bright light or softly lit ambience.

The master bedroom offers a king size pillow top luxury mattress and new Paula Deen bed in dark rich finish. Seagrass nightstand and coastal decor remind you that you are waking up at the beach. The master bedroom closet is fully organized and built out for easy access to bed linens and clothes...and speaking of bed linens...satin quilt and high quality sheets make you feel like you are in a five star resort. The second bedroom has a queen size pillow top mattress on a romantic canopy bed with a view of the pool and two matching floor to ceiling closets for bathing suits, shorts and sun dresses for daytime shopping and nighttime dining. The queen canopy bed is outfitted with light all-cotton quilts and luxury sheets to envelop you in comfort.

The bathroom suite is perfectly designed for privacy and functionality with a vanity and toilet adjoining each bedroom, leading into a double-sized shower with custom tile and pebble floor. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided to guests.

Relax in the outdoor living area with new South Beach style furniture and 50' Sony flatscreen TV wall mounted for sporting events or movies with premium cable. Gaze out at the 10,000-gallon saltwater pool. Enjoy cocktails for two poolside on the teak table set or entertain friends on the long elegant white table for backyard steaks on the grill among the twinkling lights in the trees and custom outdoor lighting.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen opens to the outdoor living area and to the indoor living room. The kitchen is South Beach inspired with modern glass cabinets and black granite, with aqua backsplash accented by a modern, contemporary chandelier.

There is off street parking for two cars, but why drive when you can use the Delray Downtowner? This free shuttle service to and from the vivacious Delray downtown area and the nearby beaches will pick you up at your doorstep, just call for a pick up. This lavish home is centrally located with bike rentals a few blocks away, grocery shopping, pharmacy and liquor store are all within walking distance.

Rent both of our villas for your family reunion or special trip with friends. They are adjoining villas, each with its own private pool, but they can be opened so that your family or friends can flow from one to the other.

Our villa is pet friendly unlike most luxury properties, with some restrictions and appropriate deposit.
