A localização da casa é excelente, apenas 5 minutos andando até a melhor parte da praia de Delray, e fica em uma rua sem saída. Parte da decoração da casa é bem aconchegante, com móveis confortáveis como os sofás da sala e as camas no quartos, éramos um grupo de 6 adultos e 2 crianças e dormimos muito bem. A casa tem todas as facilidades, incluindo todos os utensílios de cozinha, bicicletas, bóias para a praia, guarda sol, cadeiras de praia, enfim tudo completo.
Ao chegarmos a casa estava suja, mas Iris, Denver e toda a equipe da Grand Welcome Vacation Rental foram muito prestativos e mandaram 2 pessoas para fazerem a limpeza da casa: Karina e Carla, que deixaram a casa nova de novo! Sugiro também fazer uma reforma geral na casa, ficaria muito bonita, mas isso não tem como mudar.
