What's not to like about this place?

The cottage was immaculate, with a superb quiet location. A great selection of breakfast items was provided along with the essentials to make all important brew. One of the owners came to visit to ensure we had everything we needed, which we thought was a nice touch. Information on local takeaways, restaurants, things to do etc was provided, along with a visitors book which gave information provided by other guest. We did notice an award with a score of 9.7, we couldn't personally understand where the .3 went. 10/10 from us.

A PERFECT STAY WITH FANTASTIC HOSTS AND A LOVELY COTTAGE!

The cottage is set in a lovely remote and quiet location. A perfect setting to just unwind and relax for the stay. Wonderful hosts who go all out to make you feel welcome and are both genuinely lovely people. The cottage is immaculate and feels like home within minutes of arrival. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in over the years! Highly recommend- we will return for sure in the future.

Unexpected treats and comfortable accommodations made Torrent Cottage a perfect spot for our visit to Dungannon.

Very nice layout and large bathroom. Unexpected niceties included a basket of breakfast items and laundry lines outside for drying. Private backyard including a protected seating spot was delightful.

The whole experience was exactly what you need in a stay. Theresa/Joe were the epitome of the perfect hosts, simply perfect. Helpful, friendly and more than welcoming. The extra effort Theresa/Joe put into your stay makes for something very special.

Perfect Hosts and Lovely Cottage

Theresa met us on arrival. Communication was excellent and the cottage was immaculate. We were left sufficient food for breakfast throughout our stay, and the cottage was extremely well presented and resourced. We were attending a Wedding and visiting friends during our stay and the very secluded location suited us perfectly. Theresa had very kindly arranged for her daughter to do my wife's hair for the wedding, and she transported her to and from there.

Lovely visit in an out of the way, quiet local!!

Theresa,Joseph and Zippy were excellent hosts, in our own little cottage that had everything we needed!! I loved the coffee machine and this was the most comfortable bed we have had!!!

It is a bit out of the way, but The Mill in town had great food!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious cottage. Super easy check in & check out. Very thoughtful breakfast food items available for the first couple mornings. Clothes washer was much appreciated part-way through a long trip trip in Ireland! Host was friendly and kind. Hands down, the BEST stay of my trip, and one of the best stays I've ever had. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you Torrent Cottage!

Hidden Gem

Torrent Cottage is a little home away from home. Very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The hosts Theresa and Joseph were fantastic and the generous breakfast supplies a lovely bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if ever back in Ireland.

Perfect for visiting family in the locality. I had a relaxed break that I enjoyed.

Very comfortable, cosy and a calm setting. The décor is a little dated but for me it just added to its charm and a homely feeling Food welcome pack was fabulous and came in very handy. A beautiful view and lovely outside space. I would return again with family.

The cottage was extremely well laid out and very comfortable. Joseph and Theresa are lovely, left some food in the fridge that really helped, after a long journey. Loved the outside seating area, which we used a lot, although we stayed in November, the cottage was so cosy! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in a lovely cottage that worked perfectly for our family of five.

The location was perfect for our stay and was lovely and spacious for our family of five. All the extra touches in the property was lovely, such as the books, games and all the essentials in the kitchen. The food the owners put in was amazing, the kids were delighted.
