BEACHY KEEN at Seaside Beach: Ocean view! Ocean view! Ocean view! From both levels! Do you see what I see?!?! It`s the beach from so many different rooms in this house! Wait...and the house is just one house off the Promenade and just eight blocks from the Seaside`s main drag. Honey, pack your bags, grab the kids and the dog and let`s go!!!
This super comfortable getaway has two bedrooms for adults, 1 with a King and private bathroom, 1 with a Queen and another for the kids with a Full bed. Plus there`s a queen murphy bed and a rollaway (if needed). Three bathrooms. Four televisions. Full Kitchen. The mother of all washer and dryers. Gas fireplace so you are always living at the temperature you prefer. Garage connected to the house so you don`t have to get wet, not that it ever rains in Seaside!
We clean the place with a toothbrush, and it will be spotless when you arrive. Okay, the toothbrush part I made up but the super clean part is absolutely true. Your dog will love it, and if you don`t love dogs you`ll never know one has been there.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Great property. Only thing I would warn is if you have a couple of larger vehicles it’s kind of hard to fit in the assigned spots. The place is clean and in good shape. Short walk to the beach. Short drive/medium walk to the main strip. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

The home location was awesome- literally steps away from the beach.Sleeping arrangements were perfect with 3 bedrooms and pull down Murphy bed- all very comfortable.This is a dog friendly property, however there is no grass on the property.Also- the BBQ is prohibited from use. I wish we knew that earlier as we wanted to grill on the deck. Other than that- great property and close to town.

Celebrated my 40th with my family for 2 days. Everything was smooth. Hosue was great. Plwnty of room for everyone and extremely close to the beach. Great stay

Close to the beach. Property is in good shape however property management is not communicating effectively.
We were locked out a day prior to our departure the door code expired and couldn’t get a hold of anyone.
