Everything. Old but beautiful renovated place. It literally is above the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean and beach!

I don't think it should be advertised as a 5 bedroom. That sunroof is not a bedroom.

Location. Beautiful place, well equipped.
Freezer is in need of defrosting. Very full of frost. Some areas were not cleaned. It made me wonder about others. Best example- the inside of the bathroom door was very dirty from handprints by the doorknob.

Loved the location and all the included amenities. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The sunroom was a great feature of the home. Everything works and it was the perfect space for our family. The board games, high chair, and even Galaga were great touches that we all appreciated.
We could've used some paper towels - and having extra dish towels would've been great. We tried to follow the directions left for us on how to operate the electronic door lock - but we could only figure out how to lock the door - not unlock the door. So everytime we needed to enter the house - we just used the lockbox to get the physical key - so no big deal.
