This beautiful 1 bedroom ground floor condo in Foster Boat Works was completely renovated in 2017. The first floor unit allows for easy parking and walk-in access as well as uninhibited access to the great front lawn, a private patio and it is mere steps to the marina, the pool area, and clubhouse. The unit features one full bedroom with plenty of closet space, new stainless steel appliances, a comfortable pull out sleeper sofa in the front room provides a great place for the kids to sleep. The fully updated bathroom features a full size walk-in shower. With this condo comes full access to the adjacent club house, the heated pool and sunning area. Additional amenities in the club house include; coin operated laundry facilities, lockers, bathrooms, and additional showers. Northwest Marine Yacht Club is steps away where weekly or seasonal boat slips are available.
This unit is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Ferry Beach with public beach access, two playgrounds for the kids, volleyball, horseshoe and basketball courts and plenty of shade for enjoying a day at the lake. Apartment was nice and great location!! We arrived and found the tv couldn’t get any channels, contacted owner and was told he doesn’t use the tv so doesn’t want to pay for cable ( too expensive) We were told we could pay for a subscription ( Netflix, Hulu, pluto etc) ! After numerous attempts to get tv working we were basically blown off!! Also wanted to use the pool but found it empty and not in use! There is no washer and dryer in the unit and a long walk to club house to do laundry!! You would think that the money they are charging they would disclose the truth about exactly what your getting

This remodeled unit is BEAUTIFUL! The owners have done a wonderful job decorating. There is everything you would need for your stay. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the marina for morning coffee and for evening cocktails! It was nice to walk the docks and watch the sailboats or the sunsets. We especially appreciated their communication with us...we knew someone could be reached if we needed anything or had any questions. We would love to return one day!
