Just a short walk away (less than 500 yards), Ferry Beach Park offers something for everyone, including a sandy beach with lifeguards, playground equipment, basketball courts, sand volleyball, and concession stands. The public boat launch is located right at the end of the street, and downtown Charlevoix is only about a five-block walk away, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and more.
Boat slips are available for rent through Northwest Marine for those looking to get out on the water.

The views and location were great with great views of a marina on the 2nd floor. The furniture is a bit dated and the HVAC is a bit challenging, with a window unit in the bedroom and only a ceiling fan in the living room, so when the bedroom was cool, the family room was a bit warm on a hot day.
The kitchen is an efficiency in the living room, with a 1/2 size refrig and small stove. I wouldn't recommend cooking much in it, but that wasn't a problem for us as there are many great restaurants in the area.
Overall a good experience.
