Large shaded back yard with fire pit. Walking distance to Ferry Beach. Large driveway to accommodate all sizes of boats with easy access to boat launch. Walking distance to downtown, grocery store, etc.

We rented the house for the weekend for a wedding and to celebrate our grandson’s 21st birthday. We could not have had a better experience. The house was equipped with anything you might need. It was very spacious and clean. We were very close to the wedding venue, which made it so convenient. We also went to Harbor Springs and Petoskey and enjoyed great food and shopping. We had a small celebration for my grandson with a bonfire at night, enjoying s’mores and making great family memories. I would recommend this location 100%!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It was spacious, pristinely clean, and had plenty of sleeping options. We enjoyed the fire pit that had plenty of available firewood. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The owners replied within a few minutes to a question. I would definitely stay again next time we're in the area!
