It was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were also very amazing! I don’t sleep well in hotels, one of the best nights sleep I have had!!

We loved our stay at this property great location great room and great price! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay this place is the best! although it doesn’t have your typical hotel amenities like a pool, gym etc. I would pick this over a hotel any day. I loved that there were no keys to get into your room just codes on the door made it easy not having to remember grabbing a key. Our room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Loved the bed! They are pet friendly which is great! Great location right in town stores near by. Overall I would highly recommend staying here I have no complaints and you truly cannot beat the price compared to other hotels near by.

I love the remodel! You did an excellent job getting it ready for the busy season. The overall ambiance was peefect! I did not know about a breakfast.

I understand the plumbing is older, just a little more water pressure for shower.

Price was good compared to the other hotels in Charlevoix. It is a very expensive town.

Lack of basic amenities. There’s no one present if you have a problem. There’s no elevator to the second floor. No hair dryer, no soap, no iron!
