About this house rental
The blue door house was established on Air B&B in 2021. My husband and I saw this house last year and fell in love with it and bought it with plans to renovate it. When chatting with our neighbor soon after we found out that it was built in the 1890s. I had this idea to add accents of that era to the house while making it functional and comfortable for our guests hence the tiled flooring in the bathrooms and the kitchen While many updates to the house were completed, the Overall structure of the house has not been changed hence including steps which are narrow and steep and slanted roof line. Please be careful climbing up/down those stairs and hang on to the railing. This house is a work in progress, and we are constantly improving the facilities like addition of fireplace(electric) and new furniture like custom dining chairs and decorations. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay in our home.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at The Blue Door! The house had more than enough room. The bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. The large kitchen offered both a gathering space and ample room to cook big meals.
