Die Lage der Zimmer ist in einem kleinen Stadtteils Verbanias. Mehrere Parkplätze sind im Umkreis von 100m verfügbar. Abends und am Wochenende sind sie kostenfrei. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge am südlichen Lage Maggiore.
Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig. Liegen direkt an der Durchgangsstraße(Siehe Bilder). Tags über viel Verkehr, abends dann ruhig. Keinerlei Kontakt zu der Vermieterin, ging alles über das Netz.

Ci sono tre stanze al primo piano e tre al secondo piano. La mia aveva il bagno. Si trova in una frazione di Intra, comoda per girare la zona. Considerati i prezzi da quelle parti, mi è parso un onesto rapporto qualità prezzo. Il livello di pulizia era abbastanza buono. Dovessi tornare a Verbania tornerei volentieri da Lisy.
Mi è piaciuto tutto. Un unico suggerimento, migliorare un po' l'illuminazione della stanza. Avviso per chi non è pratico di Verbania e dintorni, trovare parcheggio non è facile. Intorno alla casa ci sono diversi parcheggi, ma spesso devi attendere che vada via qualcuno per trovare posto (all'ingresso delle camere, trovate una mappa con foto dei parcheggi circostanti).

À 10 minutes du centre en voiture. L'arrivée autonome bien détaillé avec petite vidéo super. Les petits conseils de visites et restos bien préparés.
Le lit très moyen, le bruit dans la rue. La difficulté de se garer, le frigidaire qui fait du bruit, et celui de la VMC!
