WELLSTAY Osaka Shinsaibashi Apartment hotel

Our family of five had an excellent stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well organized. The fully digital self check-in process was quick and effortless, with clear instructions provided in advance. We arrived about four hours before check-in, and the comfortable common lounge with sofas, tables, charging sockets, and a shared kitchen allowed us to relax until our room was ready. The room was bright, spotless, and spacious enough for our family, with comfortable bunk beds, a microwave, induction stove, fast Wi-Fi, and enough space for all our luggage. The shared facilities, including washing machines and kitchen, were an added bonus. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of shopping streets, restaurants, public transport, and many halal dining options. Overall, it offered outstanding value for money.

Very little to complain about. Our stay was comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The facilities were clean, efficient, and well maintained.

The size.. no space to open a suitcase

We stayed there more than few times already. Except staircase, everything is nice. Great location next to Lawson, great facility, staffs, cleanliness, organized check in system. We will stay again

We stayed on 5th floor. Stairs were only thing. But we used to it. We love exercise 😄

The washing machine that they have in the communal area has not been serviced or cleaned in forever, we did a load and it came out stinking, like really bad. Our whole room smelt bad the next day we had to put all our clothes in the coin laundry near by.
