About this house rental
Enjoy our contemporary home in the Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores neighborhood. Nestled among the majestic live oaks that define Indian Beach and a 5 minute walk to the bay, this outstanding house features an open floor plan, separate master and guest wings, 2.5 baths, laundry room, garage and a delightful and private courtyard pool and spa central to all rooms. After looking at properties in many different Sarasota neighborhoods, we purchased one of the last remaining lots in Indian Beach and built our dream house. Our home is located a mile from downtown Sarasota with its world class restaurants, shopping, entertainment, theater, and bay front parks. St. Armands Circle and Lido Key’s gulf beaches are a scenic 10 minute drive away. Walk a few short blocks from the house to a neighborhood park to view the sunset over the bay. Indian Beach combines the historic and the modern in a thriving and friendly neighborhood.

This visually striking, architecturally modern home reminded us of a Mondrian painting - linear spaces dominate, and are interspersed with geometric splashes of vibrant color. The house is comfortable and usefully laid out, with the master bedroom suite situated privately in one wing and the other bedroom spaces on the opposite side of the house. Common area (kitchen, living room and utility spaces) connect the bedroom wings. The house was spotlessly clean and all fixtures and appliances are top grade. An outdoor courtyard between the living spaces contains a sparkling pool and spa. There is both covered and full sun seating around the pool. This home is a treat for the eyes and soul, and we felt privileged to have visited. Thank you Emily!

We loved the hime, spent 6 nights, we were down to visit my elderly parents and we all also need to work. The house wws perfect to have them over and also spacious for us to spread put. We also loved the hot tub portion of the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this awesome home. It is just as described. The owner was very responsive to some concerns we had re: the operation of the spa heater. We would absolutely love to rent again!
