Each Bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful stay. The spacious living room boasts a generous sectional couch, perfect for relaxation. Gather around the 6-seater dining table for shared meals or opt for casual bar stool seating. Step outside to the serene back patio, complete with an outdoor table shaded by an umbrella- an ideal spot for alfresco dining, grilling or simply unwinding.
***There is a strict NO PETS policy for this property due to severe allergies. Failure to respect the house rule will result in a $500 fine and your account will be reported to VRBO.
We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.

A delightful home that’s clean, quiet, has great amenities, is close to everything, and owners are responsive and helpful. Decor was beautiful, couch and beds comfortable, and the bathroom soaps smelled wonderful! Comfortable temperature, had a lovely open kitchen and living room area, and washer and dryer. Nice areas to sit in the back or front, felt private. Would definitely stay here again, parking was good for 2 cars and felt safe. Great stay and rental, thank you!

Excellent house! It was clean and comfortable, and very convenient to downtown Sarasota. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was wonderful and responsive. The location was good but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The house itself functioned well but needs some finish work on doors and hardware, painting and landscaping to make it more appealing.
