The outdoor space was really nice. It was great having shaded space and non-shaded space. While we didn’t need to use the pool heater I was disappointed to hear that we would have to pay an extra fee daily if we used the heater. The upstairs was way too warm and we were not permitted to turn it lower than 73 degrees due to a warning that the unit would freeze up. This made for an uncomfortable sleep for everyone. There also mold in the single shower which made it feel dirty. The kitchen flooring was damaged and created a trip hazard and it was visually unappealing. When we were ready to check out the owners were sitting outside in a car waiting for us to leave which was a total turn off. Overall would not rent again.
