About this house rental
13 Puma Lane is a clean, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a great location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the SHARC and comes with 8 unlimited SHARC passes come with the rental (up to a $25/day per person value).
The master bedroom has a California King and bath. Downstairs has a second bedroom with a Queen and a kids room with two sets of bunk beds in the third. The bottom of one of the bunk beds is a Full-size perfect for adults. A very comfortable pull-out Queen sofa downstairs is available as well.
The home comes with two living areas each with a HD TV and Blue Ray ideal for families wanting a separate space for the children. Cable/Satellite TV is available along with a high-speed Internet Wi-Fi connection.
The well-stocked kitchen opens into one of the living areas making it perfect for entertaining. Upstairs has two decks each with comfortable furniture to lounge on those amazing Sunriver afternoons or evenings. The large hot tub is located on one of the decks where one can soak at the end of the day. A comfortable gas fireplace is located in both living areas to warm to in the evening without the mess of making a fire. Air conditioning is available to help keep cool on those hot summer days.

Convenient location- just across fromSHARC and short walk to the village. Clean and comfortable and we appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. Hot tub is great and hosts are super responsive and helpful. Would stay again

Overall we had a great experience! It was in a great location for so many activities. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean. The hosts were great and responded quickly when something did come up. The only issue we had was the front door not latching unless it was locked and the downstairs bathroom toilet was very finicky. They quickly had a handyman come out which was wonderful, but the problem wasn’t totally fixed. Without that issue we would definitely stay here again!

Great location with easy walk or bike to SHARC and village. We loved the cruiser bikes and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Will definitely be back!
