8 Quail sits on a quiet serene lot, where deer like to come and relax. You are sure to see wildlife roaming through the landscaped back yard. This tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 3.5 bath with a bonus room is the perfect getaway for your family and friends.

• Enter into the living room with vaulted ceilings and dark dramatic hardwood floors
• Enjoy the slate wood-burning fireplace and flat screen TV from the comfort of the large leather sectional, sofa love seat, or even while cooking in the kitchen
• Kitchen features granite slab counter tops, and all stainless appliances
• Off the living room, you’ll find one of the balconies that wraps around a mature Ponderosa pine
• Great place to relax and read a book
• Walk through a doorway from the living room, or kitchen into a pleasant sun room with vaulted ceilings, two leather chairs, and a dining room table that will sit 8 to 10, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar
• Off the sun room is another large balcony with a gas grill, picnic table, and 2 lounge chairs, perfect setting for a family BBQ
• The upstairs suite features a queen size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, and an attached full bath with “his and her” sinks and a large walk-in shower with stunning tile

Had a great stay at 8 Quail. The house was a great layout for our family, with a master on main for Gradma, then a second master downstairs with a bedroom with a full, and a bonus room off the third bedroom with bunkbeds and functional, high-quality foosball table.
The only thing unusual about this place relative to most places available in Sun River is that I think it is owned by the association, not by a real family, so it is missing some of the common extras that many VBRO homes in Sun River come with: notably SHARC passes, bicycles, games, or any staples in the kitchen other than the bare basics.
The bedding and furnishings were very good, and all the appliances including the hot tub were in good repair and worked well. The location is super -- 5 minute drive to the village grocery store, yet on a very quiet cul-de-sac.
If going in the summer, the lack of SHARC passes might be a bummer, as the entry fee is $20 per person per day. For us it wasn't a problem because we were staying over Spring break and spent the whole week skiing.
All in a a very good place -- would recommend and would repeat.
