This inviting vacation home is just a short walk from Sunriver Village, where guests can explore local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The wooded setting provides the perfect balance of privacy and convenience while staying close to many of Sunriver’s most popular attractions.
Inside, the open living area creates a warm and welcoming space to gather after a day of exploring. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the beautiful forested surroundings, while the gas fireplace offers a cozy place to relax with a good book or enjoy a quiet evening with family. The open kitchen is ideal for preparing home-cooked meals and staying connected with loved ones while cooking and dining together. Step outside onto the deck to grill dinner on the gas BBQ and take in the peaceful views of Sunriver’s natural landscape.
After a day spent biking scenic trails, visiting the nearby Deschutes River, or exploring Central Oregon, unwind in the home’s private enclosed hot tub. Surrounded by trees, this relaxing space provides the perfect way to end a day of adventure.
Mink Lane #6 comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The main level includes two bedrooms with queen beds, while the upstairs primary suite features a king bed. A loft area provides additional sleeping space with a daybed and hidden trundle, making it a great spot for older children. The downstairs bathroom includes a comfort-height toilet and a walk-in shower with safety bars for added accessibility.
Guests also enjoy eight unlimited SHARC passes, which provide access to Sunriver’s popular aquatic center. Additional recreational perks include free tennis, pickleball, disc golf, and access to the Sunriver Marina.
Additional amenities include multiple TVs, a collection of movies, books, and games, stereo system, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, gas fireplace, gas BBQ, highchair, Pack ’n Play, carport parking, and a private enclosed hot tub.
**Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed, although the owner does occasionally bring a family pet. Mink Lane is near the railroad tracks.

There was plenty of room for both our families of 4. The back deck is nice. Hardly any mosquitos out. Train is rather loud but goes away quickly. I'd rather deal with the train noise than the mosquitos you get on the other side of Sunriver. SHARC is really easy to get to and we had plenty of passes. I would gladly stay here again.

The address was very difficult to find - blocked by the tree.We lost food because fresh vegetables froze in the refrigerator. The blender top would not stay on tight causing liquid to spray out.The cleaning supplies - like a sponge - were scant.We did not realize the property was up a hill and harder to walk to.

We loved the style, size and location of the house. It was also quite clean, except the dustyness of the main bedroom bed. I got the impression that we were the first to stay in the house in at least a month.
The main complaint is that the house had an old cigarette smell. Not too overpowering. We were able to get by with some air freshener we bought. When I mentioned it to the host they said it was due to nearby fires that had started after we first got there. I didn’t appreciate that attempt to pass the blame.
Also, we were given the wrong WiFi password and had to spend time on hold with the local cable company to get things sorted. The TVs weren’t properly confirmed either, with one requiring us to set up a Roku account before we could even use the VCR connected via A/V cables.
Hot tub was clean and the hot tub company was very easy to work with. Sunset Lodging was also great when an unexpected leak started.
Overall we had a good time, but had to put a lot more effort in to enjoying the experience than we would have hoped.
